Who am I? An Introduction

No I'm not Jackie Chan, but I am an action hero...OK, maybe not a hero but a stunt man who has bumped, fallen and been thrown down numerous steps on my journey through Dynamics CRM, now known as Dynamics 365 Customer engagement.

I'm Matt Collins, I'm 30 years old, a self professed D365 Geek; I've been working with Dynamics for about 8 years, through every version since v4 or as I like to call it, the dark times.

Since then I've had numerous roles, from internal admin, support and consultant, sometimes part time project manager.

I'm a self proclaimed D365 geek, I love all things D365 (customer engagement of course) and the wider ecosystem of Office 365 which interconnects with it.

So why a blog in 2018, wasn't that so 2002? Well yes, but it seems to be a growing medium and a great way to share information, ideas, hints, tips, tricks and generally help each other. That last point is the main reason for this, helping each other.

Over the last 8 years I've accumulated lots of tips and tricks and whereas not all of these will be new to everyone, if I can help at least 1 person find an answer to a question, then I think this is worth my time. So many times I've had to google answers to questions only to find a random blog or forum post talking about the exact issue I'm having. The D365 community are a friendly one and it's one I'm happy to call myself a part of.

That's it basically, hopefully over the next few weeks, months and years, I can grow this site into something which will help the D365 community. The website is still a work in progress, things might not render correctly or not work, so please bear with me.

Ciao for now!
